“This is my first solely romance book and I was skeptical going in. However, this book was so much fun to go through. The ups and downs of relationships and friendships, the dynamic between parents and children that shape them into the adults they are, the tension 🫣, just everything. I will say, some parts did drag for me. Again, new to romance here. Overall, great book, great ending, might actually try another Emily Henry book 🤔”Reviewed in:Hot Girls Read

“Okay I absolutely loved this book 😭 I was sobbing by the end! I was rooting for them so badly and genuinely did not know if they were going to end up together in the end! It was such a beautiful book ❤️ it doesn't get 5 stars because I just hate the miscommunication trope so bad and they should have been better at communicating after 8 years!! But other than that ... “Absolutely loved it. Emily Henry took my heart, broke it and put it back together piece by piece. I truly enjoyed it more than I anticipated. I had a moment where I felt a chapter was dragging a bit but I kept on going and I’m glad I did. The location seems like the dreamiest place to visit and I truly felt connected to the main characters and their friend group. There was growth in every relationship and it’s really well written. “Happy Place by Emily Hennry, has really lived up to the expectations and hype that I hear from everyone😍. I felt so moved in so many different chapters, and diverse set of emotions (happy, excited, worried, in awe, scared, and sad). ALL OF IT. This is the first book to make me cry! Wyn and Harriet’s journey was really moving and we get glimpse of their past to learn to love them even more!!! Even their friend group has it’s own development through the book🥹🫶!
